Affordable Apartments

What is Affordable Housing?

This community offers sixty-one (61) units that participate in an Affordable Housing program, which helps ensure rental rates remain accessible to individuals and families with low to moderate incomes. Under this program, rents are capped based on a percentage of the area median income, allowing qualifying households to secure stable housing without sacrificing other essential expenses. Affordable housing can be made available through government subsidies, nonprofit initiatives, and cost-effective housing development. Housing vouchers are accepted as long as they cover the required rental rates.
*Income limits are updated on an annual basis between April-June.
