Restrictions: Pet ownership shall be limited to common domesticated household pets, which shall be defined to include only a dog, cat, small bird, turtle, hamster or tropical fish and no other species of animal.

Restrictions: The following breeds of dogs shall not be allowed: Doberman pinscher, Pit Bull, Mastiff, German shepherd, Rottweiler, Akita, American Bull Dog, Chow, Pit Bull Terrier, Presa Canario, Staffordshire Bull Terrier and Wolf Hybrid. Any specific pet that descended from the above-mentioned breeds by mixed breed will not be permitted. Breeds may be added to this list as determined by Management.
